You posted to Facebook and…crickets

Let's be honest for a minute. Sometimes you feel like you're talking to yourself on Facebook.

You're posting, but nobody is liking or commenting.

You're posting, but if you're honest with yourself, when you read your own posts, even you're like “meh.”

You've heard you should be posting 2-4 times per day, but you're like “what the heck am I going to post about that many times – EVERY DAY!? And quite frankly….

Ain't nobody got time for that

Ain't nobody got time for that!

Am I right? Have you ever felt that way? It's OK, we're all friends here, you can admit it. 😉

Here's the thing though, Facebook isn't broken. All hope isn't lost, and for crying out loud, don't leave Facebook!

You just don't have a plan in place, and a plan is what's standing in between you and marketing success.

And you know what, it's NOT your fault.

If you're anything like me, you started your business because you're passionate about what you do. Being an entrepreneur isn't easy, so if you're hanging in there and putting in the work every day it's probably because you really love what you do.

But unless your field is marketing and social media, you probably quickly realized that there's this whole other skill set you need that you never planned for. No one ever taught you how to market to your ideal client, how to create content that will attract them, or how to create a lead gen offer.

Heck, you may not even know what some of those things mean! You just want to do your job, already! Focus on what you love and serve the people you were called to serve!

Now, if I'm totally wrong…move along here, nothing to see….

But if this is hitting close to home, then I would LOVE to have you join me for my weekly FREE calls that I am hosting every Friday at Noon Eastern for the next month, starting this week. You can sign up for the call info here:

The calls are going to be all about getting a social media strategy in place. This Friday, I'll cover what exactly a social media strategy is and why you need one. What are some of the key components that you need to get clear on, and how this will change how you market online.

In the following weeks, I'll cover strategies for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Google Plus and even discuss some great case studies to inspire you.

I'm super excited about this series, and I hope you are too! Getting your social media strategy in place can truly change your business. I've experienced it first hand, and I can't wait for you to see the difference as well.
