Q&A Time – featuring Jo:

If you were a super hero, what would your super power be?

I’m really good at fixing things with whatever I have at hand (like MacGyver but cooler) so my super power would be an extension of that, doing it quicker and fancier. I’d have a handy toolbelt with all the gadgets I’d need to get the job done and a cape of course, not sure about wearing underpants over my yoga pants though, might skip that bit.

What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?

I’m a punk rock chick at heart so my playlist usually has a lot of Linkin Park, Ramones, Transplants and Green Day but my go to song is usually Perfect by P!nk

What's the best book you've read this year? (business or fiction)

I’m a voracious reader so this is a tough one. I’m currently reading MONEY Master the Game: 7 Simple Steps to Financial Freedom which is great.  Mud, Sweat, and Tears: The Autobiography was also a really good read.

I love to play business match maker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?

I really want to start outsourcing more with a VA who understands the online business world, it’s on my To Get list for this year but I haven’t actually done anything to make it happen yet.

Apple or PC?

I’ve been a Mac girl from the start, never owner a PC and I managed to convert my family over to mac too, I should buy shares…

What's your favorite social media network for business?

I tend to use Facebook a lot because that’s where my people hangout but I personally prefer something more visual, I’m a massive Pinterest addict and I love Instagram too but I tend to use that more for personal stuff.

What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?

I’m great on horseback. I was given a pony when I was a baby so I don’t remember learning to ride; like I don’t remember learning to walk. I was a British champion in Western riding when I was a teen. I miss it a lot but where I live in Japan there is very little opportunity to ride 🙁

Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?

My main business is helping busy mamas organize their homes, minds and kids so they have more time for the fun stuff and I have some free training to help get from that feeling of overwhelm back to being in control here (I don’t have the link yet)

I also write and help other get their books onto Amazon, I used my blog posts as a basis for my first book with the intention of using it as a lead magnet, which works great but it also brought in $12,000 in 2014 which is a nice cherry on top of the cake! So for anyone wanting to get their book out there they can find that program at www.blogtokindle.com

My Bio: Jo Ebisujima is the best selling author of Montessori Inspired Activities For Pre-schoolers. She is the founder of My Organized Chaos  where she helps busy mamas organize their home, kids and mind so they have time for the fun stuff.
