Welcome back for another week of, Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!
This week I am featuring Susaye Rattigan. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!
Q&A Time – featuring Susaye:
If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?
If I was a superhero, my superpower would be empowerment. I can empower anyone and as a superhero, the world would be filled with empowered people on a mission to wake up everyone else and raise the positive vibrations of the world
What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?
Let's Get It Started by Black Eyed Peas. I love the energy and beat of that song. That's my go to when I want to change my mood. When I have a business victory, Run the World by Beyonce. What can I say?
What's the best book you've read this year? (Business or fiction)
The One Thing by Gary Keller. This book has revolutionized the way that I view goals and focus. I am now able to get more done because I'm not tripping over myself to try to get too much done. I highly recommend it.
I love to play business matchmaker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?
I could definitely use help with branding. Beauty is a character strength of mine but unfortunately design isn't. I would love a seamless visual brand identity and beautiful graphics.
Apple or PC?
Apple. My ipad is surgically attached to my arm.
What's your favorite social media network for business?
It's a bit of a tie. I love Facebook for the community and the targeting that you can do but I'm beginning to love Periscope because of the interaction with real people in real time.
What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?
I am an intuitive. I can feel people's feelings when they feel them. I love this talent but I really wanted mindreading. Maybe next time.
Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?
I am a Psychologist for the Ambitious Woman. So, you know those successful but unhappy women who are burnt out and feeling guilty from trying to be superwomen, sex-goddesses and Martha Stewart all while running a successful business and raising kids? Well, I help them to deal with all their doubts, fears and guilt so they can create the lives that feel good to them, get back in touch with who they are so their children, relationships and work can be happy again.
