Let’s Get Social – featuring Senica Evans
Welcome back for another week of Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!
This week I am featuring Senica Evans. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!
Q&A Time – featuring Senica:
If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?
Time travel. I'm so impatient! I could leap ahead to certain parts of life and go back to enjoy the journey. Yes, I'm one of those people that will read a book and skip ahead to see what happens then go back to see how they got there.
What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?
What's the best book you've read this year? (Business or fiction)
The One Thing by Gary Keller
was game changing for me. I was the Supreme multi-tasker. Reading this book reshaped my entire philosophy on productivity. When I started focusing on one thing and seeing it through to completion, my productivity soared.
I love to play business matchmaker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?
The admin area. I could use a VA or OBM. There's so many little tasks from client onboarding to scheduling to social media posting that overwhelm my schedule when I should be focusing on serving clients..
Apple or PC?
PC. I tried to love Apple but PC all the way.
What's your favorite social media network for business?
Facebook. I love building relationships and FB is the best platform to get that done.
What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?
I have a very creative side and like to draw. I think I was some sort of designer or artist in a previous life. Lol
Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?
I help small business owners, entrepreneurs, and creatives pay the least amount of taxes legally, ethically, and morally possible through balanced books, proactive planning, and a dash of awesomeness so they can live life in high def without financial frustration and overwhelm. I own and operate Simplified Accounting and can be found around the Internet talking taxes and accounting. Like me at fb.com/Chicagosimplifiedaccounting or visit me at simplifiedaccount.com
