Let’s Get Social – featuring Mairéad Kelly

Welcome back for another week of Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!

This week I am featuring Mairéad Kelly. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!

Q&A Time – featuring Mairéad:

If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?

My superhero's power would be to be able to function properly without needing to sleep. I hate getting into bed at night and then hate getting out again in the morning. I'm not a great sleeper.

What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?

Things can only get better by D:Ream for when I get low.
A Little Less Conversation by JXL & Elvis Presley for when I need to get the finger out and knuckle down.

What's the best book you've read this year? (Business or fiction)

Make Me by Lee Child. I'll read Anything if I can hold it in my hand, I LOVE the feel and smell of books. I've only read 2 this year so far (I normally read 4-6 every week). I have a pile beside my desk and my bed I have yet to get stuck into.

I love to play business matchmaker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?

Working Women's Networking Groups

let's get social features a different entrepreneur every Sunday on Socially Aligned

Apple or PC?

PC all the way.

What's your favorite social media network for business?

Does it have to be just one? Facebook Groups. Pages are far too much hard work for such little reward. With the right groups it is easy to build connections and relationships with your tribe.

What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?

I can find things other people have lost – have been able to since I was a small child.

Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?

I help mums of preschool and primary school children start and grow successful businesses from home while balancing childcare and home-making without the stress and guilt that normally accompanies balancing all three.
