Let’s Get Social – featuring Emma Cossey

Welcome back for another week of Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!

This week I am featuring Emma Cossey. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!

Q&A Time – featuring Emma:

If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?

I'd be App(wo)man! If there's an app, online tool or gadget that can sort a problem, I'll know about it.

What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?

Right now, Roar by Katy Perry is my freelancing anthem. It's a real ‘sing at the top of your voice with dramatic dancing in the car until you pull up at the lights and everyone notices' tune.

What's the best book you've read this year? (Business or fiction)

Better Than Before by Gretchen Ruben. Realising I'm a ‘Questioner' helped me understand why I sometimes get stuck in the research stage or need to know the Why before I do something. It's also been really useful when helping coaching clients.

I love to play business matchmaker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?

Photography. I'd love to use more personal photos on my blog, but it's not an area I'm not comfortable in.

Apple or PC?

What's your favorite social media network for business?

II have a Facebook group which I really love. But my freelance career (and network of freelancing friends) started on Twitter.

What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?

My first job was packing chocolates into gift boxes, so I can do that fairly quickly!

Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?

I'm a coach for freelancers, specialising in business and lifestyle coaching. My coaching is all about people building a freelance lifestyle that works to their needs. We deal just as much with being a freelance parent, as we do planning a passive income! I have a blog, podcast and free e-courses at www.freelancelifestyle.co.uk, <http://www.freelancelifestyle.co.uk>, where you can also find my coaching services. You can also join the Facebook group for freelancers by joining the mailing list www.freelancelifestyle.co.uk/newsletter <http://www.freelancelifestyle.co.uk/newsletter>
