Welcome back for another week of, Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!
This week I am featuring Tanja Gardner. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!
Q&A Time – featuring Tanja:
If you were a super hero, what would your super power be?
It would TOTALLY be the power of helping people to understand themselves and their needs, and then to confidently communicate those needs to other people.
What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?
What's the best book you've read this year? (business or fiction)
Hah! I’m writing this on January 4th, so I haven’t finished any new books yet. Last year, it was probably The Soul of Money: Reclaiming the Wealth of Our Inner Resources
It got me completely rethinking how I approached donating money, and was the catalyst behind setting up my 5% “Giving Back” scheme in my business.
I love to play business match maker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?
Right now, I could really use some boundary accountability. I’m great at setting sensible boundaries for myself in my business, and LOUSY at sticking to them!
Apple or PC?
PC for work, Apple for fun (my laptop is a PC, but my phone and tablet are both Apple)
What's your favorite social media network for business?
Gahhhh… do I have to pick one? I guess Facebook, although Twitter and Pinterest are close contenders
What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?
I’m really good at setting systems and processes. I usually score somewhere right in the middle of left-brained and right-brained thinking tests, which also means that I’m great at helping really left-brained logical, system-based folk to communicate with more creative, arty types, and vice versa.
Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?
Hey there folks – I’m Tanja from Conscious Introvert Success. I started out in online business as a copywriter, but quickly discovered that my passion was helping fellow introverted entrepreneurs to build their business without exhausting themselves.
You can find me on Facebook or Twitter, or download my free guide to understanding your energy levels as an introvert from my website.
Now for my social resource of the week! And since Tanja mentioned Facebook, that will be the topic!
