Let’s Get Social – featuring Kylie Bevan
Welcome back for another week of Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!
This week I am featuring Kylie Bevan. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!
Q&A Time – featuring Kylie:
If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?
My super power is assuming everyone I meet will add something positive to my day – and this works out well much more often than not.
What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?
It only goes on when I really need that boost – Shania Twain's Come on Over.
Be a winner – be a star
Be happy to be who you are
Gotta be yourself – gotta make a plan
Gotta go for it while you can
Get a life – get a grip
Get away somewhere, take a trip
Take a break – take control
Take advice from someone you know
What's the best book you've read this year? (Business or fiction)
I'm an avid reader, devouring at least one book a week. The one that's really stuck in my mind this year is an audio book, read by Liz Gilbert herself – you guessed it, Big Magic.
I love to play business matchmaker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?
I've recently launched an online course for people relocating and resettling in a new location. I'd love some help getting the word out there it exists, as I'm hearing ‘I wish I'd known about your offerings before I moved' time and time again.
Apple or PC?
Love my iPad but PC in the main.
What's your favorite social media network for business?
I enjoy Facebook groups for business, especially the inspiring and supportive Your Relocation Community I've recently formed and think the world of, and Instagram for pleasure.
What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?
I'm pretty much always on time. If I leave early for some reason, there will be unexpected roadworks on the way to ensure I still arrive on the dot. If I leave late, the roads will be unusually empty of traffic or the event delayed.
Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?
As a Relocation Health Coach I help people relocate and resettle with greater ease, feeling capable and confident. I am author of the book Your Relocation Solution, and creator of the mini-course Relocation Ready.
