Welcome back for another week of, Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!
This week I am featuring Kristin Molenaar.
Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!
Q&A Time – featuring Kristin:
If you were a super hero, what would your super power be?
If I could choose any super power, I'd be able to clean the house with a little wiggle of my nose. Oh! Can I add cooking dinner to that, too?! 🙂
What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?
When I need a boost, I sing “Here We Go” by N Sync. (Now that's embarrassing! When I learned how to wakeboard as a teenager, that was the song that kept me motivated to get up & try again.)
When I'm celebrating, I have a whole list! But one of my top choices is “Don't Stop the Music” by Rihanna. It's the perfect lets-get-dancing song.
What's the best book you've read this year? (business or fiction)
Make It Happen by Lara Casey & Launch by Jeff Walker. They are both fabulous reads for entrepreneurs.
I love to play business match maker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?
I need someone to manage/take over my social media accounts. Social media has been an amazing tool to help me get connected with clients, but they're also incredibly distracting. Too many cute babies & adorable puppies & incredible entrepreneur discussions!
Apple or PC?
I <3 my MacBook!
What's your favorite social media network for business?
To be honest, I haven't explored any strategies other than Facebook. But LinkedIn is next on my list.
What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?
I am really good at coming up with business ideas! Talk to me for about 5 minutes & I can give you several ideas for businesses you should start. I've considered starting a list because I come up with stuff daily.
Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?
I help beauty-preneurs build bigger, more efficient businesses around their personal care products. To learn more about my business, The Beauty Voice (& to get access to a free training series), visit me at http://home.thebeautyvoice.com
Now for my social media tip of the week! And since Kristin mentioned LinkedIn, that will be the topic! {See the embedded video below.}
