Q&A Time – featuring Jasmine Beausoleil

If you were a super hero, what would your super power be?

I would really like to be like Jean Grey (X-Men)- telepathy and telekenisis – that would be awesome! But I would equally like to be like Storm, controlling the weather. Maybe it's because I like in Canada and I just think the summers are way too short!

What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?

Knock on Wood” from Amii Steward..it's so good!

What's the best book you've read this year? (business or fiction)

The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Anchor –He is the most brilliant and fun to read psychologist I know who has researched positive psychology.

I love to play business match maker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?

I had this crazy idea to start making weekly videos but I really don't much about the editing programs and such. So if anyone knows an effective, simple not to expensive why to go about it. I would appreciate it. 🙂 Thank you!

Apple or PC?

PC… for now.

What's your favorite social media network for business?

I use Facebook right now but am starting to learn about Twitter and I really like that platform for quick shout outs.

What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?

I am an empath. It's easy for me to sense the energy and how others feel (people and animals) and sometimes I can even touch the why, but that's harder. I guess that's why confidence is so important to me; when you elevate your confidence levels, you feel so much better and its easier not to let others opinions or emotions influence you. And hey, you attract more success too and that's always a cool factor!

Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?

My business is in two parts :  There's the Sassy Confidence Movement where women find a place where they get confidence building tools to become the sassy charismatic women they wish they could be! I also work in collaboration with Dove to give Self esteem and body image workshop for girls.

Then there's Easy4ubusiness.com where I help self-employed women who are just starting out or who have been in business less then 5 years to get a handle on their business. I help them organize, market and create a business mindset that will help the clients they want and grow their businesses.
Now for my social media tip of the week! And since Jasmine mentioned Facebook, that will be the topic! {See the embedded Facebook post below.}

If you're an entrepreneur and would like to join in the fun, email julie@sociallyaligned.com with YOUR answers to these same questions, and you could be featured here next week!
