Let’s Get Social – featuring Caroline Wood

Welcome back for another week of Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!

This week I am featuring Caroline Wood. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!

Q&A Time – featuring Caroline:

If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?

If I could pick any it would have to be teleporting. I would love to be able to travel the world but still come home to my own bed at night. A traveling homebody.

What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?

If I need a boost it is Happy by Pharrell Williams. It does lift my mood. But for an over the top victory song I can't go past We are the Champions by Queen.

What's the best book you've read this year? (Business or fiction)

I haven't finished it yet but I am loving the Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin. It has certainly gotten me thinking about my attitude and acting like I want to feel.

I love to play business matchmaker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?

Not quite yet, but I'll be looking for help in launching a new product and getting my sales funnels sorted.

Apple or PC?

PC but mainly because accounting systems used to hate Apple. Now that isn't such a priority and I am doing things like podcasts and videos I am thinking I need to make the switch.

What's your favorite social media network for business?

Facebook for me learning about business but I still trying to work out where my ideal client hangs out. I suspect Instagram and Pinterest.

What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?

Doing cross stitch. It is my version of adult colouring in.

Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?

I support Foodie Entrepreneurs to create flourishing food businesses, with bite sized actionable training and a supportive community. You can find me at and on Facebook at
