Welcome back for another week of, Let's Get Social, where I feature a different entrepreneur every Sunday!

This week I am featuring Ashley Northington. Don't forget – if you or someone you know can help out the featured entrepreneur with their area of need (see question #4), be sure to leave a comment! Also, if you would like to be the next entrepreneur featured, learn how at the end of this post. Enjoy!

Q&A Time – featuring Ashley:

If you were a super hero, what would your super power be?

I have always relied very heavily on my intuition – more heavily than most. I like to call it my inner “knowing.” There are some things that I just know – I have no explanation or logic for it; it just IS! My super power would be claircognizance, or having a “clear knowing.” Claircognizance is a real thing – I'm just not certain I really do have that ability. Claircognizants know things without having to be told; it is one of the four main areas of intuition.
With my superpower of “knowing” I would help business owners make better decisions that foster growth, just by having a couple of conversations with them (wait…that's what I sort of do now!). I'd also help women and men choose better life partners, with my “knowing.” It seems weird. But my “knowing” has certainly helped me out in business and in life!

What song do you crank up when you need a boost, or are celebrating a business victory?

Right now, I listen to two songs that always get me centered and make me excited about what I'm doing:
– “Moment for Life” by Nicki Minaj (Nope, I won't be judged for it.)
– “Conqueror” by Jussie Smollet and Estelle from the “Empire” soundtrack
I listen to “Moment for Life” when I'm celebrating. I listen to “Conqueror” whenever I need perspective and a boost.

What's the best book you've read this year? (business or fiction)

The best book I've read this year would have to Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg. Although the book has been pretty controversial; it has helped me really think about the kind of leader, mother and wife I want to be. She forced me to think about how to create balance and equality in business and in life. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I love to play business match maker. What area of your business could you use help with, in case the Socially Aligned audience or I can hook you up with someone?

I am looking for a public relations associate to grow my team. I need someone who is digitally savvy and is an absolute press hound! Most importantly, the person needs to be flexible, energetic, self-motivated, determined, detailed and possess a “can-do” attitude.
I hope you know someone. I need help. Seriously.

Apple or PC?

Apple. All the way. Every day.
I'm obsessed. I have a MacBook Pro, two iPhones, an iPad and Apple TV. I'm saving for a new iMac.
I even mourned the death of Steve Jobs. Yes, it's that deep for me.

What's your favorite social media network for business?

Twitter.
I am a writer by profession and I'd like to consider myself to be an emerging thought leader. I thoroughly enjoy reading, participating and starting compelling conversations  the platform, and I have been fortunate enough to get a decent amount of business from Twitter.

What hidden talent do you have that people would be surprised to learn of?

I am a classically trained flutist. I studied from third grade through college. At one point, I thought music would be how I made my living.

Give us the elevator pitch – what do you do and where can people find you online to connect?

I help people, brands and organizations define their brands, develop their unique stories, and share them with the world. As a public relations professional and brand strategist, I help business owners craft the right message to highlight what they do best and use multiple traditional and digital media platforms to showcase their message.
